In the interest of good health....

So, when I decided to start a blog, I had no idea how hard it would be to think of a name that was not already taken by another blogger and still conveyed to readers the purpose of my blog. I originally wanted to name the blog "Healthy Inspirations" because I want to use the blog to inspire healthy living as other bloggers have inspired me with their healthy blogs but of course that would have been too easy. So,after trying every possible name/phrase I could think of and even referencing a thesaurus for other ways to say the same thing, it just came to me...."In the interest of good health"...whether it be mind, body, or spirit, everyday I make choices in the interest of good health which I hope will inspire you to do the same.
